Dinah Frank (she/her)
Dinah has held administrative staff leadership roles at two universities in Ontario for nearly 25 years. She is an accomplished leader with expertise in financial and human resource management, governance, and academic department operations.
Recently, Dinah graduated with a Doctor of Education degree from Western University in the field of Educational Leadership. Her scholarly work is focussed on increasing the representation of women in academic surgery, and more broadly on organizational improvement literature and practices as they relate to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Dinah served as President of the Association of Canadian Clinical Academic Department Administrators (ACCADA) and as National Conference Planning Chair. She is a member of the Communication, Education & Technology Sub-Committee of the Board of the Thames Valley Children’s Centre and is an active volunteer for several organizations in London.
Dinah understands the importance of mental health supports and services for the overall wellbeing of our citizens and community and felt drawn to the work of Humana, joining the board in 2022. She believes that connections with people give life meaning and is excited to learn and contribute as a member of the board.
